Terms of Service for TWH Supported & Managed Packages

Trinity Web Hosting (TWH) agrees to provide services as outlined in the Product Description relevant to the purchase Package. Services begin on the order date.  TWH agrees to conform to website standards, upgrading on a continuum to provide extensive functionality and capabilities.

The purchaser agrees that service and billing begin on the date of purchase; costs relevant to the Package ordered.

The first payment will consist of the equivalent of the basic startup package or 25% of the quoted project cost, which will be due within 30 days of the order date.  The chosen hosting package will be paid in annual, semi-annual by invoice or credit card or monthly payments by credit card as arranged in the initial purchase. Subsequent Service Payments will be automatically billed on the first day of each month for that upcoming month.

The purchaser may request upgrades, downgrades, or site cancellation at any time. Billing for all site changes or site cancellation will be effective on the first day of the upcoming month.

TWH reserves the right to terminate services and remove any website that is engaging in illegal, immoral or unethical activities as determined by TWH.
